Product availability and delivery times

The products offered on NOSPARIS.COM are considered to be in stock. Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the website, within the limits of available stock.

If a visible product is not available at the time of your visit, you can be notified by email of its availability by indicating your address in the field provided for this purpose.

We reserve the right to limit the number of orders per account for the same product.

Unless you would like a replacement with an equivalent product, your unavailable order can be cancelled upon your request, and you will be refunded if your bank account has been debited.

Shipping

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and destination of the package according to the rates of the selected carrier.
Return shipping to France is free .

For express delivery, NōS Paris offers a courier delivery option in the Paris region only.

Deliveries are made to the address provided when ordering, in countries eligible for delivery.

Delivery conditions:

• We deliver from Monday to Friday.

• We will attempt to deliver your package at least two (2) times to the delivery address. We reserve the right to cancel your purchase if no one has signed for your package.

• You are responsible for the package once delivery has been made.

• You must inspect the products within a reasonable time after receipt and report any refusal or anomaly within 14 days of receipt.

Delivery times are given as an indication only.

If the package arrives open and/or damaged, refuse delivery and follow the claim procedure with the carrier, then inform our customer service at info@nosparis.com .

Payment methods

Payments are made by credit card or PayPal .

We accept the following cards:

• Visa

• MasterCard

• American Express

Payments are secured via the Stripe system using the SSL protocol, guaranteeing data confidentiality.
The buyer's account will be debited after the order is validated.

An invoice including VAT will be sent upon request.

Product returns

Products purchased on NOSPARIS.COM , unused and in their original packaging, can be returned for a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery.

For products that are personalized or modified at the customer's request , no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Return procedure:

1. Retrieve your order or invoice number.

2. Contact customer service at info@nosparis.com .

3. Place the product back in its original box, pack it carefully and clearly indicate the return number on the package.

4. Print the provided return slip and drop the package off at the nearest Post Office.

No “COD” (Collect on Delivery) deliveries will be accepted.

Security and confidentiality

The security and confidentiality of your data are a priority for NōS Paris .

In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data.

Guarantee

In accordance with articles L217-4 to L217-11 of the Consumer Code , NōS Paris undertakes to deliver goods conforming to the order and to be liable for any defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery.

The legal guarantee of conformity is 2 years from the date of receipt of the goods.

Return shipping costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of proof of purchase in the event of a confirmed defect.

This warranty applies independently of any additional commercial warranty.

Prices

The prices displayed on NOSPARIS.COM are in euros inclusive of VAT for sales within the EU.
Prices may be changed at any time, but the price displayed at the time of ordering remains applicable.

Shipping costs outside mainland France are not included in the prices shown.

For orders outside the EU, you are considered the importer and responsible for paying any applicable taxes, customs duties and formalities.

NōS Paris delivers to the following countries:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, etc.

Right to refuse orders

NōS Paris reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, particularly in the following cases:

• Product unavailable;

• Incorrect bank details;

• Suspicious or fraudulent order;

• obvious pricing error;

• Unable to deliver to the address provided.

Any payment already made will be refunded.
